I understand and accept that hiring stand-up paddle boards and participating in water activities exposes me to many hazards and entails unavoidable risk of death, personal injury (including but not limited to severe spinal or head injury) and loss of or damage to property.

I also understand I should be in good physical health to participate in stand-up paddle boarding.

I acknowledge that If I have booked an adventure day, Ribellious Boat Sales Ltd. only provides hire services of paddle boards and equipment for this and does not provide instruction, guidance or any information regarding any activity involving the equipment we intend to use.

I choose to participate in stand-up paddle boarding despite these risks and I hereby assume all risk of injury or loss of life to myself and loss of or damage to property arising from hiring the Hire Equipment and participating in stand-up paddle boarding. I understand the inherent risk involved in using this equipment and accept full responsibility for any and all such damage or injury which may result. PLEASE NOTE: paddle boards must not be attached to the back of motor boats as this is likely to cause damage to the boards.

I accept that Ribellious Boat Sales Ltd. does not have any responsibility whatsoever for loss or damage to my personal belongings including (without limitation) phones, keys, wallets, glasses and clothing. I am aware that any water-resistant containers or bags supplied by Ribellious Boat Sales Ltd. are not guaranteed to be waterproof and I accept that I am taking my personal property on to the water at my own risk.

I acknowledge and agree that there are inherent risks in using paddle boards on the sea and our recommendation is there use is intended, on inland, very shelterd water as defined by British Canoeing i.e. not for use on rivers or the open sea. is to use the paddle boards solely on rivers and lakes.

To the extent permitted by law, with full knowledge of the risks involved, in consideration of Ribellious Boat Sales Ltd. renting the Hire Equipment to me, I hereby release, waive, discharge Ribellious Boat Sales Ltd, its board, officers, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death, that may be sustained by me or any third parties while renting the Hire Equipment and participating in stand-up paddle boarding.

I UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF WEARING A LEASH AND BUOYANCY AID AND I HEREBY COMMIT THAT ANYONE IN MY PERIOD OF HIRE WILL WEAR A LEASH AND BUOYANCY AID WHILST USING A PADDLE BOARD AT ALL TIMES

I acknowledge that I have read this Liability Disclaimer Form and understand its contents; that I am at least eighteen (18) years old and fully competent to give my consent; that I have been sufficiently informed of the risks involved and give my voluntary consent in signing it as my own free act and deed; that I give my voluntary consent in signing this Liability Disclaimer Form as my own free act and deed with full intention to be bound by the same, and free from any inducement or representation.
